What is in a session?
A session includes 30 minutes of shooting, 15 minutes at the dribble station, and 15 minutes of Vertimax training.
Shooting Court
Shoot up to 400 shots in 30 minutes using our Dr. Dish shooting machine. Work on efficiency and repetitions for maximum performance.
Dribbling Station
A 15-minute, high-intensity dibbling workout powered by Lazer. This system tracks the move of the body and bounce of the ball.
Agility Training
Our sports performance station provides members 15 minutes to focus on quickness, explosiveness, and endurance to improve athleticism.
Access to Classes
Members only classes are focused on techniques, footwork, agility, speed, etc. Classes are taught in age groups and/or skill levels.
